1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k1gane ("k1gane", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at k1gane.net. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of k1gane, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any posted amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use k1gane, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a business or syndicate;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from k1gane or any other affiliated platform;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of k1gane, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have provided accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full CNIC details.

k1gane reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Documents may include a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by k1gane support may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the k1gane platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC number, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password;
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account;
• All activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you;
• Notifying k1gane support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

k1gane employees will never ask you for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on the k1gane platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k1gane does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions; however, players depositing via USDT or other cryptocurrencies should be aware that conversion to PKR occurs at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.

Accepted Deposit and Withdrawal Methods:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer;
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs 1,000 via bank transfer;
• Withdrawal Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals process within 5–15 minutes; bank transfers clear within two hours during standard business hours; crypto withdrawals average 30 minutes;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit, or to a method verified under the same CNIC as the account holder;
• k1gane reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing any withdrawal where suspicious activity has been identified, or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds.

Funds deposited into a k1gane account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. k1gane maintains player funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds.

5Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets placed on the k1gane platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, casino games, crash games, and live dealer tables each have their own product-specific rules accessible within the relevant section of the Platform.

General betting rules applicable across all products include:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the system, except where explicitly provided for within specific product rules (e.g., cash-out features on sports bets);
• k1gane reserves the right to void any bet placed following an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or manifest error in odds, game results, or multiplier calculations;
• In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer session or crash game round, the round will be deemed void and all stakes returned to the player's account;
• Maximum bet limits apply across all products and are specified within each game or market. Bets exceeding these limits may be reduced or voided without notice;
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Crash game outcomes are generated using a provably fair algorithm that players may independently verify.

6Bonuses & Promotional Offers

k1gane offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, PSL season promotions, Eid special offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each offer's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus;
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are set out in each offer;
• One Account, One Bonus: Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times through any means constitutes bonus abuse;
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that have passed their expiry date will be removed from the account automatically;
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: k1gane reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

k1gane's VIP programme operates across ten tiers. VIP status, associated cashback rates, free spin allocations, and personal account manager access are subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted based on account activity levels.

7Responsible Gaming

k1gane is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Pakistani players with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players from the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and adjusted. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players can set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per period can be configured to prevent excessive spending;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players can request temporary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who require a longer break can apply for self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k1gane platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the same platform;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players in poker, table games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Match-fixing or any form of insider knowledge exploitation in sports betting markets;
• Using the platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with a payment provider after funds have been validly used for betting;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any such exploits must be reported to k1gane support immediately;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC or verification process;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the k1gane platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, trademarks, service marks, and trade names, is the exclusive property of k1gane or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of k1gane.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k1gane's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k1gane expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Interruptions, delays, or failures in the availability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity resulting from use of or reliance on the Platform;
• The conduct, content, or accuracy of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data feed suppliers;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain adequate security practices.

11Privacy & Data Protection

k1gane collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected includes registration information, CNIC details, transaction history, device and IP address data, and session activity logs. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving Platform functionality. k1gane does not sell personal data to third parties.

12Amendments & Governing Law

k1gane reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or through a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k1gane holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
